The only personal data collected through this site is what you voluntarily enter in the contact form:

  • Your message content

This form transmits your information, over a secure connection, to the professional mailbox contact@abifadagori.com. No data is resold or shared for commercial purposes.

3. Purpose of processing

Information submitted via the contact form is used exclusively to respond to your partnership, information or documentation request regarding the ABIFA D'AGORI project.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, given by voluntarily submitting the contact form or an email to the address shown on this site.

5. Retention period

Email exchanges are kept for as long as necessary to process your request and properly manage the relationship with funders and partners, unless you request deletion.

6. Data recipients

Information you submit is intended exclusively for the Entreprise ABIFA D'AGORI team in charge of the project. It is never sold, transferred or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Security & hosting

This site is hosted by Hostinger. Contact form submissions travel over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and an authenticated mail server (SMTP). Access to the site's administration area is protected by an individual password, irreversibly hashed — no password is ever stored in plain text.

8. Cookies & trackers

This site does not use advertising tracking cookies. A language preference may be saved locally in your browser (local storage) so you aren't asked again on every visit. The only external resources loaded are Google Fonts, required for the site's typography.

9. Your rights
